Effective
Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Porntycoon.com ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes personal information when you visit this website, create an account, or sign in with your Google account. It applies to everyone who uses Porntycoon.com, with or without an account. For any question or request, write to privacy@pornographer.com.
Google user data at a glance
- What we access. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture, through the
openid, emailandprofilepermissions. We never ask for access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, YouTube or any other Google service. - Why we use it. Only to create your Porntycoon.com account, sign you in, keep the account secure and contact you about it.
- Where it is kept. In our database, encrypted in transit and at rest, for as long as your account exists.
- Who it is shared with. No one, except the provider that hosts our sign-in and database (Supabase), or when the law requires it. We never sell it, never use it for advertising and never use it to train AI or machine learning models.
- How to delete it. Delete your account in Settings → Account, or email privacy@pornographer.com, and your Google details are deleted with it. You can remove Porntycoon.com's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
Porntycoon.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we collect
We collect only what the site needs to work, and most of it only if you create an account.
- Account details. Your email address and a password when you register (we store only a one-way hash of the password, never the password itself), or the basic profile Google shares if you sign in with Google (see Signing in with Google). Plus the profile details you choose to add: display name, username and profile photo.
- Your activity. What you do while signed in: watch history, likes, subscriptions and follows, comments, reports, uploads, and notification settings.
- Messages and forms. What you send us, such as a support email, a copyright notice, a privacy request or, where the site accepts them, a model application.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, and request logs. We use them to keep the site secure, stop abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts, and fix errors.
- Visit statistics. Page views are counted with the page, the referring website, your country and your device type, linked to a one-way hashed visit code rather than your IP address or a cookie.
How we use it
- To run the service: create your account and sign you in, remember your preferences, play video, and show you your own history, likes and subscriptions.
- To keep it safe: stop spam and abuse, review reports, enforce the terms, and respond to lawful requests.
- To talk to you: account and security emails, replies to messages you send us, and content notifications only if you turn them on.
- To improve the site, using visit counts and totals rather than individual profiles.
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: providing the service you asked for (your account and its features), our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working, your consent for optional things such as notification emails and third-party content, and our legal obligations.
Signing in with Google
You can create an account or sign in with your Google account instead of a password. When you choose Continue with Google, Google asks for your permission and then shares only this basic profile information with us:
- your name,
- your email address and whether Google has verified it,
- your profile picture, and
- a Google account ID that lets us recognize you the next time you sign in.
These come from Google's standard openid, email and profile permissions; we do not request anything else. We never see your Google password, we cannot read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive files, YouTube activity or any other data in your Google account, and we never post anything to Google on your behalf.
How we handle Google user data
- Use. We use your Google account ID and email address only to create your account, sign you in, keep the account secure, and send account and security emails (plus content notifications, only if you turn them on). Your name and profile picture are stored with your sign-in record; your public profile shows the display name, username and photo you choose in settings.
- Sharing. We do not sell Google user data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the provider that runs our sign-in and database (Supabase), which stores it for us, or when the law requires it.
- AI. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Storage and security. It travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored in our database, which is encrypted at rest. Only the people who run Porntycoon.com can access it, and only to support you or protect the service.
- Retention and deletion. We keep it for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings → Account, your Google details are deleted with it. You can also ask us to delete them by writing to privacy@pornographer.com. To stop Porntycoon.com from using your Google account for sign-in, remove it at myaccount.google.com/connections; that stops future Google sign-ins but does not delete your account here.
Porntycoon.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your account or viewing data with advertisers.
- We do not use your viewing history to target you outside Porntycoon.com.
- We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
Who else sees it
A few providers handle data for us, only to run the service, and each gets only what its job needs:
- Sign-in and database: Supabase stores accounts, sign-in details and site data.
- Media storage and delivery: the services that store and serve images and video.
- Email delivery: the service that sends account and notification emails.
- Google: when you use Continue with Google, and for visit statistics where the site uses Google Analytics (see Cookies).
Some content comes from other companies, which collect data under their own privacy policies:
- Videos hosted elsewhere. Some videos play in a player run by the website that hosts them. When you open one, that website receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies.
- Live cams. After you accept third-party content, the live-cam provider receives your IP address and browser or device details so it can show live models and previews. Opening a live room takes you to the provider's site, and the link can tell the provider you came from Porntycoon.com.
- Ads and partner links. Where ads are shown, the ad network may collect browser and device data under its own policy. Partner links can tell the partner you came from Porntycoon.com.
We also disclose data when the law requires it, when needed to protect people or the service, or to a buyer if Porntycoon.com is sold, who must keep to this policy.
How long we keep it
- Account details, including Google sign-in details, for as long as your account exists.
- Watch history until you clear it or delete your account.
- Comments, likes and uploads until they are removed or you delete your account.
- Security and request logs for a limited period, after which they are deleted or reduced to totals.
- Visit statistics, which never include your name, email address or IP address.
When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except where we must keep a record to meet a legal obligation (such as records the law requires for uploaded content) or to resolve a dispute. Copies in encrypted database backups disappear as those backups expire.
How we protect it
Connections to Porntycoon.com are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, the database is encrypted at rest, access is limited to the people who run the site, and sign-in attempts are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure; if you think your account has been misused, write to privacy@pornographer.com.
Your rights and controls
From settings you can edit your profile, change notification preferences, and delete your account, and you can clear your watch history at any time.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you also have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to privacy@pornographer.com; we confirm your identity before acting on a request and reply within the time the law allows.
Where data is processed
Porntycoon.com and its providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
Age
Porntycoon.com is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes are summarized here so you can see what moved.
